Nirnaya provides legal information, not legal advice. The content in this app is based on Indian statutes and court judgments current at the time of our knowledge cutoff. It is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified lawyer. Nothing in this app creates an attorney-client relationship.

You must be 18 years or older to use Nirnaya. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Nirnaya offers a 7-day free trial, a monthly subscription (₹299/month), and a lifetime access plan (₹2,999 one-time). All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

The monthly plan auto-renews. Cancel at any time in App Store settings before the renewal date. The lifetime plan is account-tied and does not transfer between accounts. The free trial is available once per account.

You agree not to:

• Use Nirnaya to provide legal advice to third parties commercially.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce the legal database or AI model.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

While we strive to keep the legal content current and accurate, law changes. We make no warranty that the information in Nirnaya is up to date with the most recent amendments, notifications, or court rulings. Always verify critical information with a qualified lawyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirnaya and its creators are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal outcome arising from reliance on information provided by the app.

The app, its design, AI model, and legal database are the intellectual property of the developer. Statutes and court judgments are public domain; our selection, annotation, and processing are proprietary.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
