Privacy Policy

AI queries. Questions you type or speak are sent to our servers to generate answers. These queries are processed and not stored permanently beyond the current session unless you choose to save your chat history.

Phone number. Used only for OTP-based sign-in via Firebase Authentication. We do not share your phone number with third parties.

Subscription status. Whether you are on a free trial, monthly plan, or lifetime plan is tracked via Firebase and the App Store receipt. No payment details are stored by us.

The Document Vault, evidence timeline, affidavit drafts, Streedhan tracker, and chat history are stored encrypted on your device using on-device storage. This data is never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

• To answer your legal questions using our AI model.
• To track your journey progress and court dates.
• To manage your subscription and trial period.
• To improve the accuracy and coverage of our legal database (queries are reviewed in aggregate, not individually linked to your identity).

Nirnaya uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and subscription tracking.
• Apple App Store — in-app purchase and subscription management.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any advertising platform or data broker.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at nikhilbaby49@gmail.com.

On-device data is encrypted. Data in transit is protected by TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices.

Nirnaya is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app.
